What is PicoSure?

Cynosure’s PicoSure laser is the ideal treatment for pigmentary conditions. This includes treatment of sun spots, and hyperpigmentation from scarring or melasma.

What is the downtime?

There is no to minimal downtime with PicoSure treatments. Patients may experience erythema that typically resolves within a few hours, but in some cases, may linger up to 24 hours.

Who is a good candidate?

PicoSure is a safe treatment for all skin types. Since each patient is unique, we highly recommend following the outlined clinical guidelines to help optimise safety and efficacy before treatment.

When will I begin to see results?

At first in some cases, pigment may seem darker, but over the next week, this will begin to lighten. Most unwanted pigment will significantly lighten or clear in 2-3 sessions, but this may differ between individuals.
